Information for patients who do not reside in Japan or are not fluent in Japanese

Required documents to submit at the first visit: ① your health insurance card (My Number card), and ② a referral letter.
If you do not have a valid health insurance card, please submit your passport or photo ID (resident card, driver's license, etc.) for confirmation.
If you do not have the required referral letter, you will be required to pay JPY 7, 700 (taxincluded) in combined non-insurance medical care.

Insurance: Those who are not enrolled in Japanese public insurance will be required to pay for medical care at their own expense.
We do not support transactions with overseas insurance companies. We also do not support a deferred payment system for insurance companies’ medical expenses.

Reservations: Reservations are required for the following medical departments. Gastroenterology, Breast Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Neurology and Psychiatry, ENT-Head and Neck Surgery, Radiation Oncology, Anesthesiology and Palliative Medicine, and Rehabilitation. Please note that reservations cannot be made for Gastroenterology, Neurology and Psychiatry, ENT-Head and Neck Surgery, Radiation Oncology, Anesthesiology and Palliative Medicine, and Rehabilitation without the required referral letter.
Currently, the Immunology Department is not accepting new patients. As a precaution, it is recommended that you contact the hospital before visiting it. Depending on your condition, you may not be able to be examined. If you are bringing overseas medical information, please translate it into Japanese.
